In-Store Shopping Questions

What is the Shipyard?
  • The Shipyard is Berry’s campus retail store located in the Krannert Center next to the Post Office. Our goal as one of the Berry Student Enterprises is to give students the opportunity to grow in their learning with hands-on work that will help them build skills for their futures. Our student workers handle inventory, customer service, marketing strategies, and more! Our team is dedicated to providing positive experiences and high-quality products and service to all of our customers.

What happened to our textbooks?

  • Since becoming a student enterprise we have pivoted the way we process textbooks. Students now order their textbooks from eCampus and they are shipped to our store. Once we receive the textbooks, an email is sent out and students pick up their textbooks from us!

What is your return policy for in-store purchases?

  • We can accept returns up to 90 days after purchase with a receipt. After 90 days or if you don't have a receipt, we can no longer accept returns. 

 

Online Shopping Questions

What shipping methods do you offer? Where do you ship to?

  • We offer Fedex Ground and USPS Ground Retail. We ship all across the U.S.

How fast are orders processed?

  • Our orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

  • If you need to cancel your order, call us at (706) 238-7652. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped we can no longer cancel the order. If you need to send it back, please check our online refund policy.

My order was refunded, what do I do?

  • If any part of your order was refunded, you should have received an email from theshipyard@berry.edu so check your email! If you did not receive an email, you can contact us at the previous email or call us at (706) 238-7652.

My tracking shows delivered, but I never got it. What should I do next?

  • Contact us! Our email is theshipyard@berry.edu and our phone number is (706) 238-7652. We can help you try and locate your order.

 

Other Commonly Asked Questions

Can I use an online gift card in store, or vice versa?

  • Unfortunately, no. Online gift cards can be used on the online store only, and physical gift cards can only be used in-store. If you know you'll be on campus, you can always place an order online for in-store pickup and use your gift card that way!
