Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not pleased with your purchase or buying experience, please let us know.  We have a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition -- excluding any personalized items or custom orders -- and we strive to make the return process as easy as possible.

 Return Procedure

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days.
  • Provide your name, email, phone, and the reason for return in the text boxes below.
  • Return the item by using the shipping service of your choice.
  • Within 10 days of receipt of your return, our staff will issue the refund or store credit for all eligible items.

  • If you are returning a gift, you must provide the order number or packing slip. You must also include the name, email, and phone of the individual who purchased the gift.

 Return and Refund Policy

  • Stock items must be returned within 30 days provided the items have not been used or washed. All defective products may be returned regardless of use or washing.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the current item and place a new order for the item of interest on our website.
  • If you buy an item that is on sale and wish to return it, the discounted sale price will be the one that is credited back to you.

  • Personalized items or custom orders may not be returned unless defective.
  • Purchase of all clearance items are final at the time of sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Printed literature is not eligible to return unless damaged.
  • Freight will be credited only for defective products.
