Refund policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Discounted items and items under $5 are ineligible for returns or exchanges. All returns must have the tags still attached, the packing slip included in the order, and be undamaged. If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and would love to make it right. Please email us at theshipyard@berry.edu if that is the case. For traditional returns, please email us with your order number and an explanation of reason for return and we will get back with you to coordinate sending a return packing slip.
